It has it's pros and cons
Pros: Rarity won't become such a big issue and rare penguins won't tease the non-members.
Cons: Lots of preppy items.

Title says it all. Also, can I skill preps? (I skill pookies so I am experienced.) I wont skill all the time, maybe once in a while.
